Has a Master’s from the Centro di Studi Superiori sul Turismo (CST) at the University of Perugia (IT). Has 10 years international experience in hospitality management, specifically in Front of House Management (night management, reservations management and reception management).
Was part of the opening team (as reservations manager) of the London Bridge Hotel. Has 12 years experience in teaching Accommodation Operations Management subjects, Marketing and Strategy subjects and Tourism subjects to international undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Has taught to students at KIMI (India) on 2 occasions and KDU (Malaysia) students on 5 occasions.
