Our Programmes

The programmes at IMI combine the best of a British university education with a quality of practical training that can only be found in Switzerland, the home of the hospitality industry. Due to our intensive courses, highly qualified faculty and small class sizes you can go from Certificate to a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in just two and a half years. This includes a five month paid practical training in Switzerland, where you will earn a minimum of 2168 CHF per month.

From Higher Diploma to Bachelors we offer a wide range of courses covering International Hotel, Tourism, Events, European Culinary and Restaurant Management and Hospitality Entrepreneurship. We also offer a choice of MBA programmes and a Postgraduate Diploma. Our courses are validated by our partner school Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, so on graduating you receive two awards, one from IMI and one from MMU. Our Industry Advisory Board meet regularly to review our programmes to ensure that they meet with the highest demands of today’s top industry employers.
