You already have qualifications in culinary arts or management. You may be a qualified chef who is looking to build upon your existing knowledge in a European context or you have had culinary experience and are looking for a qualification to improve your employability.
What is the Programme Objective?
This Higher Diploma is a 5 month specialist programme validated by Manchester Metropolitan University and is equivalent to the third year at university. It focuses on Western Gastronomic Cookery but also takes in marketing and administrative elements. You will also have the chance to learn a European language, either German, French or Spanish.
