Vision
Our vision is to be one of the top Swiss Hotel Schools with a worldwide reputation for both academic quality and for developing lifelong learners who respond positively to diversity and who are equipped to take on key positions in the hospitality and tourism industry. Critical to achieving our vision are five basic values: Academic and general quality in university education We value and maintain our relationship with Manchester Metropolitan University and ensure a balance between tradition and innovation in our academic offerings and processes commensurate with a university education. We are committed to continually reviewing and developing our own internal quality assurance strategies as well engaging with external quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001, EDUQUA and the UK Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. The added value we give to all internal stakeholders We have an unyielding commitment to students, to ensure they receive all opportunities for personal development through the systematic medium of personal development planning. We are further committed to all staff to ensure they receive proper training, appraisal and development opportunities for advancing their job-related education, knowledge and understanding. The individual treatment we give to every student A semester intake of maximum 200 students is maintained to facilitate class sizes supportive of participative learning. Mechanisms are in place to optimize the treatment of students as individuals through a personal counselling scheme, accessibility of staff, and through defined, publicized and transparent procedures. Our friendly and professional dealings with all clients and stakeholders We value an atmosphere of mutual self-respect and understanding among our international clients and stakeholders. We encourage regular feedback and participation in the governance of our Institute in our commitment to continual improvement.
