The Manchester Metropolitan University - Educational Partner with IMI for over 15 years. The Hollings Faculty is one of the oldest centres for hotel management qualifications in the UK and Europe Hollings, the Department of Food and Tourism Management has been officially recognized as a ‘Centre of Excellence' for teaching and has strong links with industry and professional bodies which helps to ensure that that programmes and research projects are relevant to the needs of the industry.
All IMI's undergraduate programmes are validated by the Manchester Metropolitan University ensuring the highest quality assurance standards are maintained.
