Short CoursesSummer Programme
Our seventh Research Forum was our biggest to-date! We welcomed not one but two special guest speakers, enjoyed our regular BA (Hons) and MBA student research presentations and poster competition and had the whole thing captured by a professional photographer. From the industry, it was our pleasure to welcome Roshan De Silva, founder of Ruuk Village - a sustainable kite-surfing resort in Sri Lanka. From a little closer to home, it was also great to hear from Michael Müller, Assistant Bar Manager at Luzern's world famous Hotel Château Gütsch. See below for all the forum highlights...

Helge's dissertation has the objective of providing recommendations to marketing & recruitment teams within the hospitality education sector and offering insights to hospitality lecturers & staff on their students' motivations to study the subject.
